    Routine —> Health

    Health is soooo expensive, not only because it consumes money when you’re sick, it also sucks when you’re sick. Everything becomes much harder to do. You have to stay at home. You can’ts study, etc.

    So, here are some activities that you have to do everyday to maintain your health.


    Sleep early & 8 hours/day      Increase Calcium Consumption


    Laugh          Drink Mineral Water     Do exercise min.3 times a week


    Wash hand                Always have a relaxation
